IMPORTANT REMINDER TO ALL 3RD YEAR STUDENTS

Assalamu'alaikum
Dear brothers and sisters

This reminder is for students who intend to postpone their EIT.

The EIT must be strictly conducted on the following conditions:-
·         The EIT is done before the FYP 2 course (this implies to all matric numbers).
This is in line with the Kulliyyah requirements which was endorsed in the Kulliyyah Board Meeting in October 2012.

·         You are strictly not allowed to do EIT at the end of study period. This is the requirement of the Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC)

Please be reminded that you might have to extend your study period if you decide to postpone your EIT. Please PLAN PROPERLY.

Those who have made applications to postpone EIT at the end of his/her semester and have been approved earlier by the Kulliyyah are not affected by this notice.

Your serious attention on this matter is highly appreciated.

From:-
EIT Kulliyyah Coordinator
Kulliyyah of Engineering
IIUM

With the Approval of:-
Deputy Dean (Academic Affairs)
